I can't believe it is Christmas already and this is the last design for 2022. I hope you will come over to  The Inspiration Challenge Blog  to share your creations. I was thinking about using a digital stamp but I was keen on using something different. One day I was sorting through my craft supplies when I saw a friendly waving snowman. I wondered if he was waving goodbye before he melted away.I wanted to save the friendly snowman so I used him for the last card of 2022. Thank you for reading my blog I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! Can you believe it is Christmas already am I the only one wondering where the year has gone? I am delighted to share my final design with you. I say delighted because I was nervous about using this digital stamp by  Hetty Clare  I did not think I would do it any justice but after a bit of thought and a play around I do think I have not done a bad design. I hope Hetty would like it, I know a lot of people would. The lady on the bike certainly reminds me of a few people.  Some people will know that I like to recycle many items on my card making. The back ground with the trees on is tissue paper.  I cut the digital image out in a round edged square and added a few dimensional's to add extra dimension and a green bow that I received in a RAK for an extra touch.  I love the clean space on this card. Thank you Hetty for offering the design team this lovely digital stamp.

Sugi Sugar Plum

This challenge is sponsored by  The Colour Of Love Shop , my group (group B) was asked to choose one digital stamp design from the choice of 3. I choose  Sugi Sugar Plum , a delightful sweet girl who tells me that she is thinking of Christmas/winter. I digitally coloured her coat in the same colour as Santa's and cut her out using my scan and cut machine. I had one Christmas fancy cut card left and decided to carry the fancy cut throughout my layering in my card. I also kept to the same colour throughout the card. Red, white, black, green, brown and purple.. I layered everything flat apart from the stamped message which reads "Warm Winter Wishes".  I added various pieces of bling and this card came to together to create a sweet Christmas/winter card. Why not come over to the blog to see what the other designers have created.  Through The Craft Room Door Blog

Beautiful Harvest, Inspiration Station Challenge Blog

Hello how are you all? welcome to my latest card that I designed for  The Inspiration Station Design Blog  our photo inspiration is What a lovely selection of food for us all to be thankful for. I did originally plan on making a thank you card for this photo however a regular customer asked me to design her a card with flowers on she never specified the kind or colour of the flowers. When I had a look through my stash I already had 19 flower cards that she can pick from. I was always going to use the peach design paper from Stampin Up but on closer look I noticed that some of the collection have flowers alongside the peaches I decided to improvise with my customer and offer her a peach and flower card, so now she as 20 cards to choose from. She also loves slimline card hence why I have gone slimline. I added a "birthday wishes" statement and a bit of bling. Thank you for reading my blog post please stop by at the blog and take a look at the other lovely designs.

The new challenge at  The Inspiration Station Challenge Blog  inspired me to make this flowered card.  I love sunflowers but I seem to have a nice collection of them in my stash so I opted for card stock from a different collection. A bit of a play and I created the above card.

The Fairy Of The Roses kit by The Paper Shelter

As part of the design team for  Through The Craft Room Door Blog  I was asked to design a card using  The Fairy Of The Roses kit  by  The paper Shelter The kit comes as a collection of pre coloured digital stamp, black and white stamp for you to colour and a backing sheet. I decided to use the pre coloured stamp because honestly I could not resist the beautiful colours. I also had a lovely backing sheet from my collection that I wanted to use. I added a bit of bling to each corner of the card and a larger bling on to the backing sheet. I fussy cutted the fairy image and added dimensional 's to the fairy to add a bit of life. I also added a matching Happy Birthday and attached it with dimensionals. All in all I think I created a delightful card that would be perfect for any young princess or anyone who likes princesses.
