Hello how are you all? welcome to my latest card that I designed for  The Inspiration Station Design Blog  our photo inspiration is What a lovely selection of food for us all to be thankful for. I did originally plan on making a thank you card for this photo however a regular customer asked me to design her a card with flowers on she never specified the kind or colour of the flowers. When I had a look through my stash I already had 19 flower cards that she can pick from. I was always going to use the peach design paper from Stampin Up but on closer look I noticed that some of the collection have flowers alongside the peaches I decided to improvise with my customer and offer her a peach and flower card, so now she as 20 cards to choose from. She also loves slimline card hence why I have gone slimline. I added a "birthday wishes" statement and a bit of bling. The new challenge at  The Inspiration Station Challenge Blog  inspired me to make this flowered card.  I love sunflowers but I seem to have a nice collection of them in my stash so I opted for card stock from a different collection. A bit of a play and I created the above card. 

As part of the design team for  Through The Craft Room Door Blog  I was asked to design a card using  The Fairy Of The Roses kit  by  The paper Shelter The kit comes as a collection of pre coloured digital stamp, black and white stamp for you to colour and a backing sheet. I decided to use the pre coloured stamp because honestly I could not resist the beautiful colours. I also had a lovely backing sheet from my collection that I wanted to use. I added a bit of bling to each corner of the card and a larger bling on to the backing sheet. I fussy cutted the fairy image and added dimensional 's to the fairy to add a bit of life. I also added a matching Happy Birthday and attached it with dimensionals. All in all I think I created a delightful card that would be perfect for any young princess or anyone who likes princesses.  

I love the latest prompt from  The Inspiration Station challenge Blog  it certainly did make me smile.  Look at those cute scarecrows even they are smiling and enjoying the sunny day. For this creation I focused on the yellows and the golden moments, I also saw lots of flowers. I used an premium card base and cut out a golden square and another square of designer rose card. I layered these on top of each other and cut out the word smile. Look at the "e" with a smiley face, almost scarecrow looking. I also added some golden gems to the middle of the largest flowers. I also lined the inside of the card with another golden square and a white topper. I inserted an inspirational quote. "What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to humanity."

I love my creation that was inspired by this beautiful picnic setting, I hope you like it too. I imagined that I was at the picnic having a wonderful time. Listening to the birds and smelling the flowers. I thought about other nature that I would see. To design my card I used a selection of white die-cuts. the die-cuts are a beautiful frame, a bird, fern and a selection of leaves. I used a pale yellow card to create on. I attached the frame and bird by using dimensional's. The others items were attached by using glue. I brought the bottom of the stems to the center of the frame and placed a felt sunflower and wooden ladybug on to top of the stems.
