Stamps and frame

Image
Tonight I had inspiration from the  Double Trouble Blog  they gave us this pattern that they wanted us to put our own stamp on to our design.  When I say "they wanted us to put our own stamp on to our design" they actually did want us to do, as they're was a twist that needed adding to our design. We were not allowed to use pattern paper for our back grounds, we had to make our own background by using any of these techniques " dry embossing, stenciling, stamping or inked". This give me the chance to use some stamps that I had in my collection but not actually had chance to use. I settled for a small scatter of leaves and flowers and a centerpiece of a golden butterfly. It was fair to say that I was happy and loved my creation that I stamped on to my framed pink piece of card. I loved all the curves that I decided to find a thin die-cut that would compliment my pink frame. I cut the thin die in silver and added this and the pink to a white card using

Cowboy Shirt

I have seen this card created lots of times by various designers. It is a card that I wanted to make my own version of but never got round to it. Well today I dug out my checked card and had a play. I was inspired to do so by this photo. This photo can be found here on the  Inspiration Station Challenge blog The deign team offered cards that feature different horses in action, there was one card that had a number of cactus's. All the cards were really good  but I was inspired by the cowboys checked shirt.  Why don't you head over to the Inspiration Challenge blog . and see how you are inspired. I have entered by card in to their challenge.

I Believe in fairies

Image
Hello and thank you for stopping by at my blog. If you like what I make I would appreciate it if you could give me a follow. I created this card using two die cuts. The fairy die cut was gifted to me by a friend and I really wanted to do the die justice. I think I have managed that, what do you think? I really do believe in fairies so what better word could I put with the fairy? I knew I had to use "believe" This word was ideal to let the world know that fairies are real.I teamed up the fairy and the wording with a purple card and paper. The bottom layer was a woshi style that covered the card. I then added three rectangular pieces of purple paper and gold leaf that added extra colour. Everything apart from the wording was laid flat but I used dimensions to attach the wording.  I have entered this card into the following challenges Cut it up challenge blog The Fairy and The Unicorn Challenge Blog Cardz4galzblog Through The Craft room Door Thank you for stopping by

HAVE A FINTASTIC DAY.

Image
Hello, I am a beginner to blogging but it is something that I am wanting to learn. I am hoping that with some support it won't be too long before my blogs are up to scratch.  I am also new to card designing but my imagination is flowing with ideas that I am wanting to share with my readers. My card "HAVE A FINTASTIC DAY" was inspired by the Insperation  Station challenge, which can be found by following this link Inspiration Station Challenge Blog My card is inspired by their picture of a man and what I presumed to be his son. I think that they caught a beautiful fish just like the one on my card. My thoughts soon turned to the thought of pollution in the water. It inspired me to be green and reuse a beautiful padded blue envelope. I added a negative from a fish that I had previously cut out and my fish came alive. I added it to my new paper from The Works and added some bling for an eye and fishing line. I am delighted to have my card chosen as the winner at Inspiratio
