Klm digital Sunflower Coffee Cup digital stamp


The Through The Craft Room design team B were invited to chose a digital stamp from klm I chose this wonderful stamp Sunflower Coffee Cup the moment I saw it I fell in love with it. I instantly knew I wanted to make something a bit different from my usual makes.


Most of my makes are a flat card but I went big for this one and went 3d and layered panels of paper. I also added extra leaves and a yellow sunflower with a cite lady bird. Near the bottom of the cup I added a cute die cut bird. In each of the bottom corners I added 3 pale yellow gems. I used a lot of 3d dimensional foam for instance on the yellow sunflower and to hold the sentiment in to place. 

The stamping set came with some great sentiments I chose COFFEE & FRIENDS MAKE THE PERFECT BLEND.


In my opinion this is a cute summer vibe card for a special friend.

Cowboy Shirt

I have seen this card created lots of times by various designers. It is a card that I wanted to make my own version of but never got round to it. Well today I dug out my checked card and had a play. I was inspired to do so by this photo. This photo can be found here on the  Inspiration Station Challenge blog The deign team offered cards that feature different horses in action, there was one card that had a number of cactus's. Inspiration Station Challenge Blog 03/10/22

The new challenge was approaching for the  The Inspiration Station Challenge Blog  and to be honest I had no idea what to create  had looked at my dies and searched my mind for an idea on how to use my dies. No ideas were being found so I decided to leave this card for now. It was some weeks later when I was looking in my scrap box when I came across a bag of beads. The bag was actually an Halloween loot bag. As soon as I saw the bag I had an idea to add it to to a black 6in by 6in piece of card.  I set to work cutting up the plastic Halloween bag and I clued it to my black card. I have never used a plastic bag to make a card but some of you may know that I love to recycle where I can. I must admit I did use far to much clue but that didn't matter it added more of an Halloween feel to the card and the texture of the crumpled bag feels great for a card for the Halloween season.  The picture below is the image we were given to be inspired by.  Please stop by at the blog a
